2025 marked a defining moment as we unveiled a new strategic direction – expanding our mission to include haemoglobinopathies while remaining fully committed to haemophilia. Shared with partners worldwide and grounded in lived experience, this evolution reinforces our focus on collaboration and locally led impact: Impacting care together.

Angola, Mozambique, and Cape Verde came together to form a coalition advancing haemophilia care across Portuguese-speaking Africa (PALOP). In the Dominican Republic, patient organisations and healthcare professionals from five Latin America and the Caribbean countries united to strengthen care for haemophilia and sickle cell disease.

Our strategic partnership with the Novo Nordisk Foundation (NNF) was further strengthened, with a new 5-year agreement that will see NNHF projects quadrupling the number of beneficiaries by 2030. Moreover, our partnership with Fondation Pierre Fabre (FPF) deepened in 2025, strengthening efforts to improve haemophilia and sickle cell disease care.
